Mr.Y.J.Patel, learned advocate for the applicant under the instructions of his client states that the applicant is ready to deposit Rs.50,000/- before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhuj-Kutch.

The applicant is permitted to deposit the said amount within one week before the trial Court.

The respondent No.2 - original complainant is permitted to withdraw the said amount.
