Patel, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner
- has stated at the bar that the petitioner is personally present in the court and has brought an amount of Rs.75,000/- in cash, which shall be deposited with the registry of this Court during the course of the day.
He has also stated at the bar that the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit 15% of the cheque amount with the Gujarat State Legal Services Authority so as to enable the petitioner to compound the offence for which he has been convicted.
Under the circumstances, S.O. to 11/10/2012. In the meantime, the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.75,000/- with the registry in Criminal Revision Application No.60 of 2012.
