It appears from the record that substantially what is challenged in the petition is grant of domicile certificate by the respondent authority in favour of private respondent No.4.
In the cause-title of the petition (at Page No.1), it is mentioned that "In the matter under the Bombay Land Revenue Code". However, considering the averments made in the petition and subject matter of challenge, Registry is directed to verify the contents of the petition, the prayers prayed for in the petition and place the matter before the appropriate court, after obtaining appropriate orders from the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice.
