It is not disputed by learned advocate Mr. Karna H. Dhomse for learned advocate Mr. Modi that there is a typographical error in the order passed on 29/2/2011 with regard to mention of survey number. It appears from the order that there is a typographical error in respect of property, as survey no. 90 is mentioned in place of survey no. 19.
As there is consensus that there is typographical error in the order, the error is required to be corrected and the survey no. 90 mentioned in the order is ordered to be corrected as survey no. 19. Speaking to minute accordingly stands disposed of.
