Bharatkumar Balubhai Parmar vs State Of Gujarat

High Court Of Gujarat|30 October, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that the prayer mentioned at Sr. No. 13(A) be allowed, which will not require even other side s representation. It goes without saying that the prayer 13(A) is an innocuous prayer and Court need not call other side for answering the contentions, as even otherwise also, the communication of the citizen has to be responded. Therefore, without calling the respondents, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondents to decide the representation dated 30.10.2012 in accordance with law and result thereof be communicated to the petitioner within 30 days from the date of receipt of writ of this order. Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
