The interim order of injunction impugned in this Original Petition is very much appealable. Moreover the petitioner has already moved the court below to have the order of injunction varied. Therefore this Original Petition under Article 227 is not maintainable.
2. The trial court is however directed to consider Ext.P4 counter statement filed to Ext.P2 application for injunction expeditiously. Every endeavour shall be made to pass final orders on Ext.P2 within a period of two months.
The parties shall maintain status quo in the meanwhile. The Original Petition is dismissed subject to the above clarification.
