JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to take action on his representation dated 28.11.2016 and complete the enquiry proceedings.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2016, the respondents 1 and 2 have not passed any order so far.
4. Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2016, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2016 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
