Mr.
Vyas, learned advocate for the petitioner, has submitted that the disciplinary action against the petitioner is pending since 1987 and it is still not concluded. On the other hand, the petitioner has already attained the age of superannuation and that therefore, the petitioner is only requesting for proper calculation in payment of benefits for the intervening period.
