JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned advocates for the contesting parties have relying upon Clause No.5.3.4 of the Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (Electricity Supply Code And Related Matters) Regulations, 2005, submitted that on petitioner approaching the respondent company the further action would be taken, as provided under Clause 5.3.4 and liberty be reserved to the petitioner to take out appropriate remedy available under the law, in case of difficulty in future.
In light of this, at this stage, the petition is disposed of. It is expected of the petitioner as well as the respondent company to act in accordance with the aforesaid Clause and arrived at a solution which may be agreeable to both.
Direct service is permitted.
