1.0 This Court on 17.02.2012 passed the following order:

"Learned counsel for the appellant/s will take necessary action to serve the unserved respondent/s within four weeks from today, failing which the matter will stand dismissed qua the said respondent/s. S.O to 22.03.2012."

2.0 In spite of the aforesaid order, learned advocate for the appellant has not taken any action. Hence, the appeals stand dismissed for default.
