After arguing the matter, learned counsel Mr. Jani seeks permission to withdraw the petition with a liberty to move the Enquiry Officer concerned along with necessary documents that he wants to rely upon. Permission granted. If such documents are produced, the Enquiry Officer concerned shall consider the same in accordance with law. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner as aforesaid.
