1. The petitioner has filed a note and form of speaking to minutes with reference to the order dated 13.7.2012, the office has circulated the said speaking to minutes under office note dated 14.08.2012. The speaking to minutes reads as under:
It is submitted that in the order dated 13.07.2012 it is transcribed that "It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Assistant Solicitor General of India that the proceedings directly connected with present petition are pending before the Apex Court and the process, which has been undertaken is pursuant to the orders passed by the Apex Court. On the ground that the proceedings are pending before the Apex Court"
It is submitted that there is an error in transcribing the order afore said. Be pleased to place the matter for the speaking to minute for appropriate correction.
2. Heard Mr. Mitul Shelat, learned advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Vakil, learned advocate for Mr. P.S. Champaneri, Assistant Solicitor General for the respondent.
3. Today, when the matter is called out and taken on hearing the learned advocate for the applicant and the respondent have jointly requested for appropriate modification / correction in order 13.7.2012.
4. In view of the joint request made by the learned advocates, the words "directly connected with" are directed to be deleted and substituted by the words "related to present proceedings pending".
5. It is further jointly requested by the learned advocates, that the words in line nos. 4, 5 and 6 of the order dated 13.7.2012 which read thus "and the process, which has been undertaken is pursuant to the order by the Apex Court", are required to be deleted. Therefore, the office is directed to delete the said part of the order i.e. the words "and the process, which has been undertaken is pursuant to the order by the Apex Court", in line nos. 4, 5 and 6 of the order dated 13.7.2012.
6. It is also directed that in line No. 7 of the order dated 13.7.2012 after words "proceedings" below mentioned words may be added "related to subject matter of present petition" .
7. Order dated 13.7.2012 may be appropriate corrected and thereafter, copy thereof may be provided to the concerned parties.
8. At the joint request of the learned advocates for the parties, S.O. to 24.08.2012.
