When the application is called out, learned advocate for the applicant is not present.
2. The applicant has taken out present application seeking below mentioned relief:-
"5A The Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dispose of the petition filed by the applicants SCA No.6467 of 2002 in the same line of SCA No.23507 of 2005 as the issues involved in the both the petitions are same. And further the Hon'ble Court may give direction to the respondents to give the benefits of govt resolutions Dated 17-10-88, 19-9-1991, 24-4-1998 and 24-3-2006 to the applicants."
3. The relief prayed for by the applicant, at this stage, cannot be granted until the writ petition is decided on merits. Hence, the application is not entertained and stands disposed of.
