DAVE Date : 23/04/2012 ORAL ORDER Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prima­facie, the impugned complaint is a counter­blast to the illegal action taken by the Officer of the Municipal Corporation, Surat, in spite of prohibitory order granted on 13.12.2010 and 11.1.2011, by which, the Officers of the Corporation were restrained from demolishing the building of the appellant where the petitioner herein was one of the appellants.

Rule.

Ad­interim relief granted vide order dated 26.9.2011 to continue as interim relief till final disposal of the application.
