The Court made the following:
Order:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue a Writ, Order or direction and more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring that the action on the part of respondent Nos.1 and 2 in disconnecting the Power supply to Service connection No. D9013565 for the premises bearing No. 9-1-365/A, Prashant Nagar, Langer House, Hyderabad, as arbitrary, illegal and tainted with mala fides.”
After arguing the case, Mr.K.Prabhakar, learned Counsel representing Mr.R.A.Achutanand, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to dismiss the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to file appropriate applications, in OS.No.1551 of 2014, claiming the very same relief as claimed in this Writ Petition.
The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.47105 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
