The present Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay in filing the aforesaid First Appeal (Stamp Number) on the grounds stated in the application inter alia that the time has consumed in getting necessary approval and the procedural delays.
In view of the guidelines laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court, including the judgments reported in (2005) 3 SCC 752, AIR 2000 SC 2306 and AIR 1996 SC 1623, with regard to the pragmatic approach in such matters, the present Civil Application deserves to be allowed as the delay can be said to have been sufficiently explained.
Delay is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
