Case called out in the revised list, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press this writ petition.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following the relief:-
"i . issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to incorporate the name of petitioenr in new computerized khatuni against his allotted plot no. 1208 mi area 1-0-0 hectare situate at Village Sikandrabad Dehat Tehsil Sikandrabad Bulandsahar by giving effect to the order dated 24.7.2006 passed by the Additional District Magistrate (Administration) Bulandshahar."
In my considered opinion, in case the revenue records requires correction, the petitioner has a remedy under Section 38 A of the Revenue Code, for correction of papers.
Petitioner if so advised, may avail the aforesaid remedy for redressal of his grievance.
Subject to the above, this writ petition is dismissed.
