Heard Mr. Tanna, learned Senior Counsel with Mr.Bhavdutt H. Bhatt, learned Advocate on behalf of Tanna Associates for petitioner.
Mr.
Tanna has relied on the order dated 20.09.2011 passed in Special Civil Application No.14075 of 2011 and claimed that it is identical to the subject matter of present petition.
However, on perusal of the subject matter, it emerges that the subject matter of present petition and the relief prayed for by the petitioner are not the subject matter assigned to this Court as per present roster.
Under the circumstances, office is directed to examine the subject matter of present petition and list the matter before the appropriate Court.
