Against the order impugned, an earlier petition no. 5618 of 2021 has already been filed in which the present petitioner is also a party.
Sri Arun Kumar for the respondent states that in such circumstances the second writ petition would not lie.
Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner comes up with the prayer to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his pending writ petition.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as prayed.
