Heard Shri Rajeev Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents no. 1 to 3.
The petitioner in the writ petition is claiming the following relief:
"To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent nos. 2 to 3 to remove the encroachment made by the respondent no. 4"
From the relief claimed in the writ petition no head or tail can be made out since no particulars have been mentioned giving number of plot, area etc.
Learned counsel for the petitioner then prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition and it may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh writ petition giving proper particulars in the relief clause.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
