The review petition has been filed inter alia on the ground that there was an error apparent on the face of the judgment, insofar as in paragraph 6, the liability is referred to Rs.9 and Rs.31, while the actual liability is Rs.9 and Rs.15. In any event, the direction in the judgment is only to pay the amounts as ordered by the authority under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. In such circumstance, no review would be required, but figures, if are wrong, the parties can ignore such wrong committed by this Court, looking at the operative portion of the judgment. Review petition is closed. Learned counsel for the party respondents also points out that they would not stand on such technicality.
