No counter-affidavit has been filed. Going by the averments or statements of the petitioner, we find that the issue involved in this matter is covered by the decision of this Court in the case of Lakshminarayana Industries, SPSR Nellore District v. Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd., Hyderabad and others.
We allow the Writ Petition and accordingly set aside and quash special notice dated 10.12.2012 and consequent demand notices dated 22.11.2012 and 26.10.2013. No order as to costs.
