Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Achal Singh, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha and also the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has made a statement that he does not wish to press the Prayer No. (i) but he only presses Prayer No.(ii).
By the Prayer No.(ii), the petitioner has prayed that Up- Ziladhikari, Tehsil & District Banda may decide his application being Application No.4585 of 2021, under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 expeditiously.
Under such circumstances, without entering into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the application being Application No.4585 of 2021, under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, be decided, unless there is any legal impediment, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. Copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
