JUDGMENT / ORDER

Necessary correction may be carried out by the counsel for the petitioner, during the course of day. In the order dated 20.11.2014 the District "Agra" be read as "Jhansi".
This order shall be treated as part of the order dated 20.11.2014. A certified copy of this order shall be issued alongwith copy of order dated 20.11.2014.
