Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.
By the instant application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. the applicants have made a prayer for quashing the entire proceeding of Case No. 61 of 2017 (State Vs. Bharat Gupta and others), u/s 323 IPC, P.S. Maniar, District Ballia pending in the court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division)/ F.T.C., Ballia as well as charge sheet dated 19.11.2016.
After going through the record and hearing the arguments of learned counsel for the applicants, I find no illegality or infirmity in the order. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
