By means of the present application under Section 378(4) Cr.P.C, the applicant is targeting the validity and veracity of the judgment and order dated 20.10.2018 whereby the learned Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 2, Varanasi has acquitted opposite party nos. 2 to 4 under Sections 498A IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act.
I have gone through the entire judgment and I find that there is no illegality or perversity in assessing the evidence.
Under such circumstances, the present application lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
