Heard Sri Islam Ahmad, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned standing counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2 and Sri Sant Ram Sharma for respondent nos.3 and 4.
Petitioner attained the age of superannuation on 1.5.2017. Sole grievance of the petitioner is that since retirement his retiral dues has not been released. In this regard he has made a representation dated 29.12.2018, which is pending consideration.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no.3 to decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order within three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
