Learned AGA has accepted notice and assured us to file reply to the allegations contained in the present petition through appropriate counter affidavit within two weeks. This court expect the learned AGA to place the information before us as to what time could be taken by the investigating agency in concluding the investigation and laying down the report before the appropriate court.

The petition shall be listed before appropriate bench on 29th March, 2012.
