The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the court concerned to decide Suit No.1442 of 1992 within a stipulated period.
Considering that the suit is over two decades old, this Court considers it appropriate to dispose of this petition by requiring that in absence of any legal impediment, the court below would endeavour to conclude the suit proceeding expeditiously on priority basis and bring the proceeding to its logical conclusion in accordance with law without entertaining unnecessary adjournments.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed of.
