THIS CRIMINAL PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R The petitioners apprehend their arrest by the respondent/Police in their Crime No.199/2017.
2. The allegation is, first petitioner was married to deceased Aravind Bharadwaj three months earlier to the alleged incident. Both of them were residing together in a rented house. The first petitioner suspected illicit relationship between the deceased and one Asha, who had participated in the marriage with motherly affection. Unable to cope up with the humiliation caused by her allegation, the deceased committed suicide by hanging himself in his house on 2.7.2017.
3. Having regard to the nature of allegation, there is no impediment to allow the petition.
Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Petitioners are granted anticipatory bail in Crime No. 199/2017. In the event of their arrest by the respondent-Investigating Officer in respect of the said case, they shall be enlarged on bail on each of them executing a self bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with one surety for the likesum. They shall co-operate with the respondent-Investigating Officer during further course of investigation.
