2. The writ petition is admitted for hearing.
With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.

In this petition, the petitioner is seeking for a writ of mandamus to quash the endorsement dated 05.01.2018 issued by respondents to the petitioner as per Annexure-D in No.GAAHA/FPD/17/2016-17 and directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 10.08.2016 contained in Annexure C in terms of the order in W.P.No.12794/2017 dated 24.03.2017 contained in Annexure E and in terms of the order dated 12.04.2017 passed in W.P.No.15478/2017 contained in Annexure F for transfer of authorization on compassionate ground.
3. For the reasons assigned by this Court by an order dated 08.02.2019 passed in W.P.No.17131/2018 (GM-PDS), the endorsement dated 05.01.2018 is quashed and the writ petition is disposed of on the same terms and with similar directions.
