Heard learned advocate Mr. S.Y.Chhaya for the petitioner.

Learned advocate Mr. Chhaya has submitted that present petitioner has purchased the suit property from respondent no. 3 and he is in possession of the property since the year 2002. He submitted that the petitioner is also paying tax of the suit property with the Corporation till today.

Considering this fact, notice and notice as to interim relief returnable on 24thJanuary,2013. Meanwhile, interim relief in terms of para 9(d) is granted. Direct service is permitted.
