Pursuant to the order dated 9/5/2012 passed in Civil Application No. 5673/2012 with Civil Application No. 5672/2012, said civil applications were granted in terms of para. 2[A] therein. Mr. Thakore, Ld. Advocate for the appellant submitted that the said process could not be served in view of incorrect address of respondent no. 4 and he undertakes that the fresh address of respondent no. 4 shall be supplied to the Registry.
Upon supplying the fresh address, the Registry to comply with the aforementioned order passed in the aforementioned civil applications and the returnable date shall be now 06/08/2012.
