Heard learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Vikas Sahai, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicants in Case Crime No.121 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 307, 452, 504 IPC, Police Station- Awagarh, District- Etah.
The Court finds no ground to accord the facility of anticipatory bail to the applicants against whom serious allegations have been levelled of having indiscriminately opened fire on the first informant and his supporters consequent to losing in the Panchayat elections.
The petition stands rejected accordingly.
