By means of the present petition, the petitioners are seeking a direction to the District Judge, Mirzapur to decide the Arbitration Case No. 13 of 2015 (Bhanu Pratap & another Vs. Chief Project Manager, Dedicated Freight Corporation of India Ltd & others) within a stipulated period.

Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the present petition is being disposed of with the direction to the District Judge, Mirzapur to decide the Arbitration Case No. 13 of 2015 (Bhanu Pratap & another Vs. Chief Project Manager, Dedicated Freight Corporation of India Ltd & others), expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.
