The order impugned is an order under Section 72 (2) of the U.P. Excise Act, 1910. The order is an appellable one under Section 72 (7) of the Act.
We leave it open to the petitioner to take recourse to the statutory remedy available under the law.
We are not inclined to interfere at this stage.
This Writ Petition is dismissed as above. No costs.
