1. Heard Sri Shachindra Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for State and persued the material available on record.
2. At the outset, learned Standing Counsel has stated that Government has already taken steps for recovery of transit fee/royalty from concerned persons.
3. In respect of alleged mining by private persons, judgments have already been passed by this Court for CBI enquiry and appropriate legal action in various public interest litigations, therefore, there is no occasion for filing subsequent writ petitions seeking the same relief.
4. In view thereof, writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
