Hon'ble Ramesh Sinha,J. Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J.
Heard Sri Kameshwar Chaubey holding brief of Sri Prabha Shanker Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent nos.1, 2 and 3 and perused the record.
By means of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has expressed his apprehension of demolition of his residential house under some political pressure.
In our considered opinion on mere apprehension, no writ can bee issued. However, it is always open for the petitioner to challenge the notice after he receives the same regarding the demolition of his house or dispossession.
The writ petition is dismissed at this stage.
