JUDGMENT / ORDER

In this Original Petition, the limited prayer is for a direction for speedy disposal of Exts. P4 and P5 petitions pending before the Sub Court, Ernakulam.
2. In the light of the limited prayer, it may be quite inappropriate for this Court to dispose of the case on merits and to reach a conclusion in that regard.
3. The petitioners apprehend that they will be dispossessed from the property, therefore, they filed I.A. 4330 of 2014 for temporary injunction against the respondents. They have also moved a petition under Order 21 Rule 29 of the Code of Civil Procedure as I.A. 4368 of 2014 before the same court seeking stay of the execution of the decree in O.S. 402 of 2010 till the disposal of O.S. 249 of 2014.
O.P.(C)2476/2014.
2
4. Considering the limited prayer that is sought for in this petition, it is felt that it is only just and proper to grant the relief to the petitioners.
5. In the light of the order that is proposed to be passed in this petition, notice to the respondents appears to be unnecessary.
In the result, this Original Petition is allowed and the Sub Court, Ernakulam is directed to consider I.A.4330 of 2014 and I.A. 4368 of 2014 in O.S. 249 of 2014 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three months from today.
