1. Mr.Bharat Jani, learned counsel for respondent No.2 has filed sick-note.
2. By order dated 14.06.2012, as Mr.Pravin Gondaliya, learned counsel for the petitioners has filed leave note, the matter was kept for today. However, it was observed in the aforesaid order that at the request of Mr.M.V. Patel, learned counsel appearing for H.L. Patel advocates, as a last chance, affidavit shall be filed on or before 28.06.2012.
3. Even today, learned counsel appearing for respondent-Corporation seeks further time to file affidavit-in-reply. As such, as per the aforesaid order, no further time can be granted. However, in the interest of justice, the matter is kept on 04.07.2012. Affidavit-in-reply, if any, shall be filed by 02.07.2012, failing which, respondent No.2 shall personally remain present before this Court with the original records.
