Heard Shri Jagdish Prasad Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
i) issue a petition, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.1, i.e. Board of Revenue, Uttar Pradesh, Allahabad to decide the Revision No.915 of 2017 (Sana Ullaha and others Vs. Gaon Panchayat and another) under Section 333 U.P. Zamindari Abolition Act, Mauza - Abhaipur, Pargana Sikandra, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Allahabad pending in the Court of Board of Revenue, Uttar Pradesh Allahabad since 16.05.2017 within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
The revision sought to be expedited by means of this writ petition is of the year 2017.
In my considered opinion, such a long period of time has not elapsed, which would justify issuance of directions for expeditious of an out of turn of its disposal of the revision.
The writ petition is dismissed at this stage.
