Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The only prayer pressed on this petition is for a direction being issued for the Trial Judge being commanded to decide the application for interim injunction within a stipulated time frame. The order sheet indicates that on 21 October 2016, the Court concerned had refused to grant the injunction as prayed for ex parte. Thereafter the matter appears to have been placed for final disposal on 14 December 2018 and again on 13 March 2019 for final arguments.
In view thereof, no cause arises for framing any peremptory directions.
Accordingly while this petition is dismissed, it is left open to the petitioner to approach the concerned Judge for expeditious disposal of the proceedings.
