JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner has moved this application for following reliefs (1) for expeditious hearing of the Special Civil Application No. 1226 of 2011, to which the otherside has no objection and (2) to maintain status quo in respect of the suit property concerned, which shall be heard at the time of final hearing of Special Civil Application No. 1226 of 2011. Special Civil Application No. 1226 of 2011peremptorily fixed on 16th July 2012.
Civil Application stands disposed of in above terms.
