Heard Mr. A.P. Tewari, learned counsel holding for Mr. Rabindra Bahadur Singh, Advocate on record, for the petitioner and Mr. Prakash Padia, learned counsel for the respondent- Corporation.
The only prayer made in the writ petition reads thus:
"(a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to consider the Claim of Petitioner pending No Objection Certificate for setting up a Petroleum Retail out let at Gata/Khasra No. 187 situated Village Jajau Taluka Kheragarh, District Agra under the Site Kishan Seva Kendra dealership pending since long time."
Counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation submits that respondent No.2-Distrcit Magistrate shall consider and decide the petitioner's application for seeking No Objection Certificate within a period of two weeks from today. His statement is recorded and accepted. In view thereof, nothing further survives in the writ petition. Petition is accordingly disposed of.
