Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2-Deputy Director of Consolidation, District Mau to decide the Revision No. 389/414/481/2017-18 (Bhairav Mall and others Vs. Rajendra and others) filed by the petitioner dated 20.08.2016 within stipulated time.
The contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that since August, 2016 revision is pending, general dates are being fixed and till date the same has not been decided.
Under these circumstances direction is issued to respondent no.2-Deputy Director of Consolidation, District Mau to decide the Revision No. 389/414/481/2017-18 (Bhairav Mall and others Vs. Rajendra and others) filed by the petitioner dated 20.08.2016 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
