JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present application has been filed for fixing an early date of hearing of the main First Appeal on the grounds stated in the application.
Heard learned counsel, Mr.Vijay Raval for the applicant and learned AGP Ms.Trusha Mehta.
In view of the grounds mentioned, the present application deserves to be allowed. Prayer in terms of Para No.7(B) is granted. First Appeal No.4229/2008 is ordered to be fixed for final hearing on 3rd April, 2012. Application stands disposed of as allowed.
