(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE P.B.MAJMUDAR) This appeal is directed against the interim order of the learned Single Judge by which the learned Single Judge has set aside the order of the appellate authority and remanded the matter. According to the appellant, the learned Single Judge should have continued the interim relief by allowing the institute to enroll the students. This argument is opposed by the other-side.

The matter is heard today, but at the request on the part of the appellant, passing of an order is deferred till tomorrow. Adjourned to 21.6.2012.
