The following cases are pending on the file of the Family Court, Irinjalakuda:-
i) O.P. No. 431/2013 filed by husband for divorce.
ii) O.P. No. 477/2013 filed by the husband for recovery of articles.
The following case is pending on the file of the Family Court, Thrissur.
i) M.C.No. 339/2013 filed by the wife for maintenance to herself and child.
2. The wife is a homemaker residing at Thrissur with her parents. The husband is a Computer Engineer based at Irinjalakuda. All the three cases have to be jointly tried since the issues are intertwined.
3. It is a virtual impossibility for the wife to travel all the way from Thrissur to Irinjalakuda for the conduct of the case. This is particularly so since she has to look after the minor child born in the wedlock. It may only be a slight inconvenience for the husband to travel from Irinjalakuda to Thrissur for this purpose.

4. I therefore order transfer of O.P. Nos. 431/2013 and 477/2013 from the Family Court, Irinjalakuda to the Family Court, Thrissur. The Transferee Court shall issue notice to the parties and take the proceedings to a logical end soon.
The Transfer Petitions are allowed.
