...Respondents (By Smt.Prathima Honnapura, AGA for R1 and R2 Sri.M.Pradeep, Advocate for R3 and R4) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the R-4 to consider the representation dated 14.07.2017 as at Annx-E for issuance of ‘E’ katha in favour of the petitioner.
This Petition coming on for Orders this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R The petitioner is stated to be a beneficiary in terms of allotment of house site No.269/1 by way of allotment under the ‘Ashraya Scheme’ at Chikkelluru Venkatapura, Tavarekere Hobli, Bengaluru South Taluk. The petitioner has produced a copy of the Hakku Patra at Annexure-A.
2. It is submitted that petitioner has been making several representations to the respondent No.4 to effect katha in the name of the petitioner as per the representations at Annexures - B, C and D.
3. It is further submitted that the petitioner has sought for effecting E-Katha in favour of the petitioner as per the representation at Annexure-E. The petitioner states that despite having furnished copy of allotment letter at Annexure – A, the representations earlier made out at Annexures – B, C and D and now made out at Annexure-E, remain to be considered.
4. Learned counsel for the respondent No.4 submits that the said representations would be considered in accordance with law.
Taking note of the said undertaking, the petition is disposed off.
5. Respondent No.4 would pass necessary orders on the application of the petitioner at Annexure-E within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
