JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. When the present Civil Revision Application was taken up for final hearing on 26/03/2012, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant sought adjournment so as to enable him to prepare the matter and, therefore, it was adjourned to today.
2. Today when the present Civil Revision Application is taken up for final hearing, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant has chosen to remain absent. Hence, the present Civil Revision Application is dismissed for non-prosecution. Rule is discharged. Ad-interim relief, if any, stands vacated forthwith.
